Blurr Spots on Google

I do think its justifed that some images are blurred. I do because something could of  happened there and they dont want people to know where it is. If a terrorist find this place he could put a snuke or a bomb there. The government might be builting something and dont want people finding out what there building. These are some reasons why these blurr spots are there.
